Navigate Tough Conversations

Wound up. Whenever I am stressed and overwhelmed (especially by another person), my struggles with executive functioning and reading through the lines in conversations makes reaching a calmer place very difficult. I suggest going to a place alone and thinking through what actually has you upset. Journaling, sketching, or working through a questionnaire that helps you process these intense emotions beforehand will help you navigate these tough conversations.
