Hydration is Key

Everyday I start off by drinking 32 ounces of water. I truly believe that water is nature’s way of soothing joint and sensory pain, as well as anxiety, lack of focus, and fatigue. Whenever I’m going through autistic struggles, I check to see if I’ve had water, and I drink about 96 ounces from sunup to sundown! H2O can’t solve all of life’s problems, but it certainly helps me cope and function better throughout the day.
