Calming Down After Overstimulation

When I’m like this, the only way to calm down is lights out. Or, put more plainly: 1) Shut down all electronics, lie in bed, and daydream; 2) Go for a long drive while listening to my favorite music; or 3) Talk to someone about my special interests for around a whole hour. Basically, I have to rewire in order to dive back into work.
