A Quiet Meal

Here’s a quick tip to help destimulate. Instead of watching a show, reading a book, fiddling on your phone, or listening to music, eat a meal in a dimly lit, silent space. I find this really helps me to breathe and process through an overstimulating or exhausting morning/day.
