Silence is goodBAD

Isolation is often what we both need and fear. Finding company with whom to be quiet, really quiet, is an amazing achievement. This is because, since reading body language is hard, I rarely know if a silence is actually comfortable. As a result, I fear silence with those I don’t know exceptionally well. Once that fear creeps in, I know It’s time for me to be quiet by myself, otherwise It’s no longer restful. It’s a hard balance to strike, isn’t it?
