Practical Routines

There are 5 practical things I need each day to nourish my coping skills and mental health. These are: 1) 8 hours and 15 minutes of sleep; 2) 2 hours of unstructured time in the morning; 3) a scheduled day plan; 4) at least one interaction with another human despite my desire to be alone; and 5) at least one task completed, even if it’s small.
